Janet (aka. Pixie) is the youngest member of our team. She is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) with a background in philosophy indicated by her BA(Hons) in the subject from the University of Nottingham, where she was social secretary of the Philosophy Society and editor of the Nottingham Philosophical Review.

After some early work developing and maintaining a website for the NHS and editing social media profiles, she acquired an interest in front-end development and became an experienced HTML developer. She also gained experience in Google Analytics and is a seasoned email marketing campaigner. She excels in maintaining relationships between agencies and brand teams as well as building strategies for online and email marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media and campaign planning.

Her interest in front-end development extended to incentivised marketing and then digital marketing which combined her knowledge as a developer and marketing experience. Since becoming a ScrumMaster and participating in one of Europe’s and the UK’s largest Agile Transformations, working with the teams and contributing to the release train planning sessions, Janet has developed a fundamental belief that Agile can play a significant role in digital marketing and hopes to demonstrate this as her career progresses.
